All images shot with a Panasonic GF1 with the 20/1.7 & 14-45/3.5-5.6 zoom.

I recently had the opportunity to travel on a Christmas Rhine River trip aboard the Viking Sun. Stopping at several locations along the Rhine River, these shots were taken at Lucerne, Switzerland, Strasbourg, France, Heidelberg, Germany and Amsterdam. Not wanting to carry a lot equipment, I chose to bring along my newly aquired Panasonic GF1 with the 20/1.7 and 14-45/3.5-5.6 lenses. The camera was a joy to use and the results are pretty remarkable for such a small package.

Here are a few shots. I've titled them "Winter Scenes" and even though the sun was occasionally out, the temperature was far below freezing.
